Abstract
Research on The development of the parent's participation in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. It is a research and development (Research and development) with the objective of 1) Study the basic information of parents in education in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization 2). And find the efficiency of the parent's participation in educational management in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chon Buri Provincial Administrative Organization. 3) Educational management under the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. 4) Assess the use of parent’s participation in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample group used in this research is the executives, teachers and parents, 320 students, tools used in the research, including questionnaires, feasibility, of parent's participation. In educational management under the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization And the assessment form for the participation of parents in educational management in the 21st century of Bannong yai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization Statistics used to analyze data are percentage (%), average (¯X ) standard deviation (S.D.)
The research shows that
1. Parents participation in educational management in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. There are 3 parts.
Part 1 The form of participation has 5 components, which are principles, concepts, and objectives of the form. Parent’s participation the level of participation of parents and the role of parent’s participation.
Part 2 Guidelines for applying the model should expedite the policy Disseminate knowledge and understanding to executives, teachers, parents, incentive volunteers, pilot schools and have a team of academic support and research funds.
Part 3 Conditions of the achievement of the model consists of Executives are capable There are techniques and solutions. Administrators, parents, teachers, follow their roles seriously. The Basic Education Commission supports parent's activities. Teachers build relationships with students to connect with parents. Giving importance to all parents and administrators, teachers, parents have faith in each other under the context of Thai culture.
2. The efficiency of the parent's participation in educational management in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The average of 4.38 is at a high level of possibility.
3. School administrators, teachers and parents have commented on the use of parent’s participation in educational management in the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The overall picture is at a high level, except for part 3, the conditions of the format of the model found that school administrators, teachers have opinions about the condition of the achievements at the most possible level.
4. Parents, students are involved in educational management under the 21st century of Bannongyai (Kururatoopatum) School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, including 4 aspects at a high level. When classified as a side, it was found that there is a level of participation in educational management at all levels. Which is sorted from a lot to a little, which is the general administration of budget and personnel management respectively.
