ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current state, problem and demand of the management of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province; 2) to develop the managing model of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province; 3) to study the experimental results of the managing model of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province; and 4) to measure the satisfaction of the managing model of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province. The samples were 5 teachers, 2 education personnel, 8 basic educational board members (except for 1 school director), 9 advisory board members, 41 students, and 41 parents. The instruments used for this study were: 1) 3 questionnaires, and 2) an interview form.3) Check List 4) Estimation Evaluation) 5) Data documents analysis, and data entry. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The findings were:
1) The study results of the current state, problem and needs of the management of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province found that: 1) the study results of the current state were high level in all aspects; 2) the study results of the problems were high level in all aspects, and 3) the study results of the demands were highest level in 6 aspects and high level in 6 aspects.
2) The development results of the managing model of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province has three components: moderation, reasonableness, and self-immunity, with two accompanying conditions: appropriate knowledge and ethics & virtues and base on the participative management principle, the rational use of resources, maintaining school culture, management planning preparation and setting management goals that take into account the suitability of management. For the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy Management according to McKinsey's model, school directors have seven management scope: 1) Structure, 2) Strategy, 3) Systems, 4) Staff, 5) Skills, 6) Style, and 7) Shared Values.
3) The experimental results of the managing model of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province, based on the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy were totally high level (an average of 4.45). And the overall experimental results of this study which based on McKinsey's model were totally high level (an average of 4.38).
4) The measure result of the satisfaction of the managing model of small-sized schools according to the principle of effective Sufficiency Economy by using RASITA model at Watsanamchang School (Pradit Ratrangsan), Chachoengsao province, based on the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy were totally high level (an average of 4.50). And the experimental results of this study which based on McKinsey's model were totally high level (an average of 4.48).
