บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการในการพัฒนาการจัดการ
เรียนรู้กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีโดยใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2) เพื่อร่าง
รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อถอดบทเรียนหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เรื่อง การทำขนม
ไทยในเทศกาลและงานมงคล กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 3) เพื่อ
ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อถอดบทเรียนหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เรื่อง การ

4) เพื่อประเมินผลและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อถอดบทเรียนหลักปรัชญาของ
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เรื่อง การท าขนมไทยในเทศกาลและงานมงคล กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและ
เทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ภาค
เรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 1(สังขวิทย์) ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random
Sampling) โดยสุ่มห้องเรียนมาจ านวน 1 ห้องเรียน คือ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 นักเรียนจ านวน 31 คน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อถอดบทเรียนหลักปรัชญาของ
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เรื่อง การท าขนมไทยในเทศกาลและงานมงคล กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและ
เทคโนโลยี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมรูปแบบ ทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบ
ประเมิน พฤติกรรมนักเรียนที่แสดงออกบนหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และแบบสอบถามความพึง
พอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติ t – test (dependent) และการ
วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ในการจัดการเรียน
กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ควรเร่งพัฒนาความรู้นักเรียน โดยน าหลักปรัชญาของ
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน มุ่งความพอประมาณกับศักยภาพของผู้เรียน พอประมาณ
กับภูมิสังคมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนที่ตั้ง ฝึกให้ผู้เรียนคิดเป็นท าเป็นอย่างมีเหตุผลและมีภูมิคุ้มกันในด้านต่างๆ
โดยการด าเนินกิจการต้องน าไปสู่ความยั่งยืนของผล โดยที่ผู้เรียนมีความรู้และเข้าใจหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจ
พอเพียง น าไปเผยแพร่สู่ครอบครัว และชุมชน
2. ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเพื่อถอดบทเรียนหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจ
พอเพียง เรื่อง การท าขนมไทยในเทศกาลและงานมงคล กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ชั้น

1) การเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียนพบว่ามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนเรียน
เท่ากับ 10.84 และหลังเรียนเท่ากับ 25.16 และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน พบว่ามีความ
แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
2) การประเมินพฤติกรรมนักเรียนที่แสดงออกบนหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ใน
ภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstrack
The objectives of this research are to 1) study the basic information and
demand in learning management development of the career and technology
substance of learning group implementing the sufficiency economy philosophy 2)
draft the cooperative learning model to model after the lesson about the
sufficient economy philosophy on making Thai sweets used in the festivals and
auspicious events in career and technology substance of learning group,
Matthayom Suksa 2 3) try out the cooperative learning style in order to model
after the lesson about the sufficiency economy philosophy on making Thai
sweets used in the festivals and auspicious events in the career and technology
substance of learning group, Matthayom Suksa 2 4) evaluate and improve the
cooperative learning style in order to model after the lesson about the
sufficiency economy philosophy on making Thai sweets used in the festivals and
auspicious events in the career and technology substance of learning group,
Matthayom Suksa2
The sample group used in this research is 31 Matthayom Suksa 2 students studying in
class M.2/1 in the first semester of academic year 2019 at Tedsaban 1 (Sungkawit) School by
simple random sampling method. Tools used in this research are the cooperative learning style
in order to model after the lesson about the sufficient economy philosophy on making Thai
sweets used in the festivals and auspicious events in the career and technology substance of
learning group of Matthayom Suksa 2, an evaluation form of capacity of learning style, an
achievement test in learning, an evaluation form of students’ behavior toward the sufficient
economy philosophy and an evaluation form of satisfaction, the data analyzing uses
percentage, average, standard deviation, T– test (dependent) and content analyzing.
The study found that

1. from the result of the analyzing on basic information and the demand in learning
management development of the career and technology substance of learning group, the
knowledge of the students should be urgently developed by applying the sufficiency economy
philosophy into learning management including considering the suitability of the students’
potential and the geosocial of the school and community, together with teaching the students
to be able to critically think and do by themselves reasonably, enhancing the students’ immune
in any fields so that they can operate any tasks or business with the consideration on
sustainable results as well as they can introduce their knowledge and understanding in the
sufficiency economy philosophy to their families and communities.
2. The result of making cooperative learning style in order to model after the lesson
about the sufficient economy philosophy on making Thai sweets used in the
festivals and auspicious events in career and technology substance of learning
group of Matthayom 2 grade with PPCC Model consists of 1) planning 2)
presentation 3) cooperative learning 4) conclusion and assessment.
3. Trying out the cooperative learning style in order to model after the lesson
about the sufficient economy philosophy on making Thai sweets used in the
festivals and auspicious events in career and technology substance of learning
group of Matthayom Suksa 2 with the sample group shows the efficiency value at
83.18/83.87.
4. The evaluations and improving the cooperative learning style in order to
model after the lesson about the sufficient economy philosophy on making Thai
sweets used in the festivals and auspicious events in career and technology
substance of learning group of Matthayom Suksa 2 :
1) the results of comparing the pre-test and post-test achievement evaluation reveals
that the pre-test average marks is 10.84 and the post-test average makes is 25.16 and the
results of comparing the achievement values is statistically significant at the .01,
2. the result of evaluation on students’ behavior toward the sufficiency economy
philosophy in overall is at high level,

3. the result of evaluation on the students’ satisfaction toward the cooperative
learning style in order to model after the lesson about sufficiency economy philosophy on
